1) Services

Private chef services, event catering, menu planning, provisioning, rentals coordination, staffing, and related logistics as described in proposals/agreements.

2) Quotes, Deposits, Payments

Quotes are estimates until a written proposal is accepted.

5) Allergies & Food Safety

We are ServSafe/NYS Sanitarian trained and take precautions; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Client must disclose allergies in writing. Severe allergy events may require separate dedicated menus/equipment at additional cost.

6) Kitchen Photos & Site Readiness

Client agrees to provide recent photos/video of the kitchen/galley and any equipment lists so we can plan staffing, rentals, and safety. We may decline unsafe or non-compliant sites.

7) Rentals, Vendors & Damages

We can arrange third-party rentals/vendors as agent for Client. Client is responsible for vendor terms, delivery windows, loss/damage, and replacement fees. A security deposit/hold may be required by vendors.

8) Content & Publicity

We may capture anonymous photos of food/service for portfolio unless you opt out in writing. We will never disclose private client identities without permission or where NDA prohibits.

9) Intellectual Property

Menus, recipes, proposals, and website content are our IP. No reproduction or commercial use without permission.

10) Disclaimers

Services are provided "as available." We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the applicable service, excluding third-party costs. No indirect or consequential damages.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, site conditions, or vendor interactions arranged at your request.

13) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
